Special Populations
- Elderly: Use with caution.
- Renal impairment: No adjustment needed.
- Hepatic impairment: Lower doses may be needed.
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not recommended; teratogenicity in animals; avoid breastfeeding.

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to ziprasidone

- Recent myocardial infarction
- Uncompensated heart failure
