Dosage (summary)

Adults and children over 12 years: 5 to 10 sprays every 1u00bd to 3 hours as needed.

Special Populations

  • Not indicated for children under 12 years
  • Caution in patients with asthma

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

Contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation; caution advised during first and second trimesters.

Key Drug Interactions

  • Anionic surfactants in toothpastes reduce efficacy
  • Concomitant use with sorbitol-containing products may affect bioavailability
