Indication

Dosage (summary)
10 mg once daily, with or without food.

- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy; avoid during breastfeeding due to potential harm to neonates.
Key Drug Interactions
- Avoid with potent CYP3A4 inhibitors
- Use caution with moderate CYP3A4 inhibitors
- Grapefruit juice increases exposure
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to rupatadine
- Children under 12 years
- Pregnancy
- Lactation
