Indication

Dosage (summary)

10 mg once daily, with or without food.

  • Hepatic impairment

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

Contraindicated in pregnancy; avoid during breastfeeding due to potential harm to neonates.

  • Potent CYP3A4 inhibitors
  • Grapefruit juice
  • CNS depressants
  • Statins

Contraindications

  • Hypersensitivity to rupatadine
  • Children under 12 years
  • Pregnancy
  • Lactation
