- Ethanol may increase abacavir levels.
- Trimethoprim increases lamivudine exposure.
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to abacavir or lamivudine.
- Moderate and severe hepatic impairment.
- Children below 12 years or weighing less than 40 kg.
