20 mg/day for adults/elderly, 60 mg/day for bulimia, 20-60 mg/day for OCD.

- Renal impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Use in pregnancy only if benefits outweigh risks; excreted in breast milk.

- CYP2D6 inhibitors
- Monoamine oxidase inhibitors
- Tamoxifen
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity
- Severe renal failure
- Concomitant use with MAOIs
