Indication

Treatment of multiple myeloma and ovarian cancer.

Dosage (summary)

IV doses vary; 0.4 mg/kg (16 mg/mu00b2) every 4 weeks for myeloma; 1 mg/kg (40 mg/mu00b2) every 4 weeks for ovarian cancer.

Special Populations

  • Elderly

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

Contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding.
