Dosage (summary)
Adults: 2 drops at 5 min intervals; may repeat 1-2 drops after 30 mins.

Onset: 15-30 mins, Duration: <1-4 hours
Contraindications
- Narrow angle between iris and cornea

- Photophobia
- Conjunctival irritation
- Dry mouth
- Bradycardia
- Tachycardia

- Systemic toxicity can occur, especially in children
