20 mg daily for depression and OCD; 60 mg daily for bulimia; max 80 mg.

- Elderly patients
- Hepatic impairment
- Renal impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Increased risk of cardiovascular defects in pregnancy; excreted in breast milk.

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to fluoxetine
- Severe renal impairment
- Children under 18
