Indication
Reversal of neuromuscular blockade induced by rocuronium or vecuronium.
Dosage (summary)
4 mg/kg for profound blockade, 2 mg/kg for shallow blockade, 16 mg/kg for immediate reversal.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Safety not established in pregnancy; caution in breastfeeding.

- Toremifene
- Fusidic acid

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to sugammadex or excipients
Common side effects
- Cough
- Dysgeusia
- Bradycardia
- Hypotension
