Indication

Prophylaxis of acute transplant rejection in renal, cardiac, and hepatic transplants.

Dosage (summary)

Renal transplant: 1 g orally twice daily. Cardiac transplant: 1.5 g twice daily.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
