Key Drug Interactions
- Reduced efficacy of oral contraceptives
- Avoid furosemide
- Caution with aminoglycosides
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to cefuroxime
- History of severe hypersensitivity to beta-lactams

- Candida overgrowth
- Eosinophilia
- Headache
- Dizziness
- Gastrointestinal disturbances
