Indication

Dosage (summary)
Renal transplant: 1 g orally twice daily. Cardiac transplant: 1.5 g twice daily.

Contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding due to teratogenic effects.

- Caution with ciclosporin, cholestyramine, and antibiotics affecting enterohepatic circulation
