- Moderate to severe hepatic impairment
- Bilateral renal artery stenosis
Common side effects
- Dizziness
- Hypotension
- Hyperkalaemia
Counselling Points
- Monitor for skin lesions due to risk of non-melanoma skin cancer.
- Avoid potassium supplements.
- Report any signs of hypotension.
Serious warnings
- Embryonal toxicity in pregnancy
- Risk of hypotension with dual RAAS blockade
