- Cardiogenic shock
- Severe bronchial asthma

- Dizziness
- Fatigue

Counselling Points
- Monitor blood pressure regularly
- Report any skin changes
- Avoid abrupt discontinuation
Serious warnings
- Abrupt withdrawal may worsen condition
- Risk of non-melanoma skin cancer
