Indication
Treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile idiopathic arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and plaque psoriasis.
Dosage (summary)
Adults: 25 mg twice weekly or 50 mg weekly. Children: 0.4 mg/kg (max 25 mg) twice weekly or 0.8 mg/kg (max 50 mg) weekly.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Use only if clearly needed; crosses placenta and excreted in breast milk.
