Dosage (summary)
20 mg to 40 mg twice per day.

- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

- Grapefruit juice
- Macrolide antibiotics
- Anti-HIV protease inhibitors
- Azole antimycotics
- Fluoxetine
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to nifedipine
- Hepatic impairment
- Gastrointestinal obstruction
- Inflammatory bowel disease
- Cardiovascular shock

- Headache
- Dizziness
- Hypotension
- Peripheral edema
- Nausea

- Swallow tablets whole with fluid
- Avoid grapefruit juice
