Indication

Dosage (summary)
135-175 mg/mu00b2 IV over 3-24 hours every 3 weeks, pre-medicate before administration.
Special Populations
- Hepatic impairment

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation; may cause fetal harm.
Key Drug Interactions
- Caution with ketoconazole
- Increased doxorubicin levels when combined
