Indication
Treatment of essential hypertension.
Dosage (summary)
One tablet daily, preferably in the morning before a meal.
Onset of Action / Duration
Onset: 4-6 hours, Duration: 24 hours
Special Populations
- Elderly: start with one constituent
- Renal impairment: contraindicated if creatinine clearance <30 mL/min
- Hepatic impairment: contraindicated in severe cases
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Key Drug Interactions
- Lithium: increased toxicity risk
- Aliskiren: contraindicated in renal impairment
- Potassium-sparing diuretics: risk of hyperkalaemia
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to perindopril or indapamide
- Severe renal impairment
- Pregnancy and lactation

- Dizziness
- Hypotension
- Cough
- Hypokalaemia
