Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

- CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., ritonavir, itraconazole)
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to betamethasone
- Infected skin lesions
- Long-term use in diabetes or tuberculosis
- Rosacea, acne vulgaris
- Pregnancy

- Cushingoid features
- Blurred vision

- Apply only to affected areas
- Avoid occlusive dressings unless advised
