Loading dose: 300 mg twice daily on Day 1, then 300 mg once daily.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding.

- Ergot alkaloids
- CYP3A4 substrates
- Benzodiazepines metabolized by CYP3A4
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to posaconazole or excipients
- Co-administration with ergot alkaloids
- Co-administration with certain CYP3A4 substrates

- Diarrhoea
- Nausea
- Rash
- Hypokalaemia
- Vomiting
