Start with 1.25 mg once daily, titrate to 10 mg once daily as tolerated.

- Renal impairment

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not recommended during pregnancy; unknown if excreted in breast milk.

- Hypersensitivity to bisoprolol
- Acute heart failure
- AV block
- Bradycardia
- Hypotension

- Monitor for dizziness
