Indication
Treatment of Gastro-Oesophageal Reflux Disease (GORD) and prevention of gastric ulcers.
Dosage (summary)
40 mg once daily for 4 weeks for erosive reflux; 20 mg once daily for maintenance.

Onset: 1 hour, Duration: 24 hours

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to esomeprazole
- Concomitant use with atazanavir or nelfinavir
