Indication

Dosage (summary)
25 mg IM every 2 weeks; may increase to 37.5 mg or 50 mg.
Onset of Action / Duration
Onset: 3 weeks, Duration: 4-6 weeks after injection.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Use only if benefits outweigh risks; contraindicated in breastfeeding.
