Dosage (summary)
Adults: Start with 1 tablet SARTOC-CO 50/12.5 daily; max 1 tablet SARTOC CO 100/25 mg daily.
Onset of Action / Duration
Onset: 2 hours, Duration: 6-12 hours
Special Populations
- Elderly
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation; can cause fetal harm.
Key Drug Interactions
- Potassium-sparing diuretics
- Lithium
- NSAIDs
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to components
- History of angioedema
- Severe renal impairment
- Bilateral renal artery stenosis
- Severe hepatic impairment

- Hyperkalaemia
- Dizziness
- Fatigue
- Electrolyte imbalance

- Monitor blood pressure regularly
- Avoid potassium supplements
- Report any signs of allergic reactions
Serious warnings
- Risk of hypotension in volume-depleted patients
- Potential for acute kidney injury with fluoroquinolones
