Indication
Treatment of multi-drug resistant pulmonary tuberculosis (TB).
Dosage (summary)
Adults: 400 mg once daily for 2 weeks, then 200 mg 3 times/week for 24 weeks.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Safety in pregnancy and lactation not established; breastfeeding not recommended.

- Hypersensitivity to bedaquiline
- Congenital QT prolongation
- Severe hepatic impairment
