Indication

Dosage (summary)
Chronic phase CML: 100 mg once daily; Advanced phase CML/Ph+ ALL: 70 mg twice daily.
Special Populations
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
- Elderly
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not recommended during pregnancy; contraindicated in breastfeeding.

- Concomitant use of H2 antagonists or PPIs
