Key Drug Interactions
- Probenecid may increase cefazolin levels
- May reduce efficacy of contraceptives
- Increased nephrotoxicity with aminoglycosides
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to cephalosporins

- Nausea

- Anaphylaxis
