Adults: Starting at 3% concentration, adjust as needed. Children: Not for induction; maintenance 5.2-10%.

- Known sensitivity to halogenated agents
- Malignant hyperthermia susceptibility
- Severe hepatic dysfunction
- Paediatric inhalation induction

- Laryngospasm
- Hypoxia
Counselling Points
- Avoid driving for 24 hours post-anaesthesia
- Do not breastfeed until fully recovered
Serious warnings
- Malignant hyperthermia risk
- Hyperkalaemia
- QT prolongation
