Dosage (summary)
TAMOLTRA: 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours, max 8/day; TAMOLTRA FORTE: 1 tablet every 4-6 hours, max 4/day.

Onset: 30 mins, Duration: 6-8 hours

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not recommended in pregnancy or breastfeeding; tramadol crosses placenta.
