- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not indicated for use in women; ejaculation disorders may occur.

- Strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., ketoconazole)
- Moderate CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., erythromycin)
- Warfarin
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to tamsulosin
- Orthostatic hypotension
- Severe hepatic insufficiency

- Dizziness
- Drowsiness
- Ejaculation disorders

- Monitor for dizziness
