Indication

Dosage (summary)
75 mg/mu00b2 every 3 weeks for breast cancer; 100 mg/mu00b2 for monotherapy; adjust based on combination therapy.

Onset: 30 mins, Duration: 3 weeks

- Hepatic impairment
- Elderly patients
- Children
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation due to teratogenic effects.

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to docetaxel
- Neutrophil count < 1500 cells/mmu00b3
- Severe liver impairment
