Indication

Dosage (summary)
40 mg once daily, may increase to 80 mg if needed.

- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
- Elderly
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy; may cause fetal harm.

- NSAIDs

- Hypersensitivity
- History of angioedema
- Severe renal impairment
- Bilateral renal artery stenosis
Common side effects
- Hypotension
- Dizziness
- Urinary tract infections

- Monitor blood pressure regularly
- Avoid potassium supplements
- Report any signs of angioedema
Serious warnings
- Risk of hypotension in volume-depleted patients
- Dual blockade of RAAS not recommended
