Indication
Treatment of myxoedema coma and severe chronic thyroid deficiency.
Dosage (summary)
Adults: Start with 10-20 u03bcg, increase to 80-100 u03bcg daily. Elderly: Start with 5 u03bcg daily.

Limited placental transfer; excreted in breast milk.
