Dosage (summary)

1 ampoule (1000 mg) every 10 to 14 weeks; adjust based on serum testosterone levels.

  • Elderly
  • Hepatic impairment
  • Renal impairment

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

Not indicated for women; may reduce spermatogenesis.

  • Hypersensitivity
  • Androgen-dependent carcinoma
  • Liver tumors
