300 mg/day for acne; 300 mg every 12 hours for other indications.
Special Populations
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding due to risks of liver damage and excretion in breast milk.

- Hypersensitivity to lymecycline
- Impaired renal function
