Indication

Dosage (summary)
Adults: 1 tablet 2-3 times daily; Children 6-14 years: 1 tablet twice daily; Children 2-5 years: u00bd tablet 2-3 times daily.

- Asthmatic patients
- Children under 2 years
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not established for safety in pregnancy; caution advised during breastfeeding.

- Tetracycline antibiotics
- Antitussives
- Activated charcoal
- Nitroglycerin
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to N-acetylcysteine
- Children under 2 years
- Active peptic ulceration
