Indication

Dosage (summary)
Adults: 2-4 mg three to four times daily; Syrup: 5-10 ml three to four times daily.
Special Populations
- Elderly: lower initial dose
- Children under 2 years: safety not established
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Use in pregnancy only if essential; caution in breastfeeding.
