    Dosage (summary)

    Loading: 400 mg every 12 hours for 24 hours; Maintenance: 200 mg every 12 hours.

    Special Populations

    • Elderly
    • Renal impairment
    • Hepatic impairment

    Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

    Not recommended in pregnancy; breastfeeding should be discontinued.
