Dosage (summary)
One drop in the affected eye(s) once daily in the evening.

- Elderly patients
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not recommended in pregnancy; unknown if excreted in breast milk.
Key Drug Interactions
- Concomitant use with other prostaglandin analogues not recommended
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to latanoprostene bunod or ingredients

- Conjunctival hyperaemia
- Eye irritation
- Eye pain

- Do not exceed once daily dosing
- Remove contact lenses before use

- May cause permanent iris pigmentation
- Caution in intraocular inflammation
