  • Hypersensitivity to atorvastatin
  • Active liver disease
  • Pregnancy
  • Breastfeeding

  • Myalgia

  • Constipation
  • Hyperglycemia

  • Report muscle pain or weakness
  • Avoid grapefruit juice
  • Use contraception if of childbearing potential

Serious warnings

  • Risk of myopathy and rhabdomyolysis
