Dosage (summary)
Initial: 150 mg IM on Day 1, 100 mg IM on Day 8; Maintenance: 75 mg IM monthly.

- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not established for pregnancy; contraindicated in breastfeeding.
