Not established; risk of postpartum hemorrhage.

- MAOIs
- CYP1A2 inhibitors
- CYP2D6 inhibitors
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to duloxetine
- Severe hepatic impairment
- Severe renal impairment
- Concomitant use of MAOIs
Common side effects
- Nausea
- Dizziness
- Fatigue
- Insomnia
- Dry mouth
Counselling Points
- Monitor for worsening depression
- Avoid abrupt discontinuation
- Caution with alcohol and CNS depressants
Serious warnings
- Risk of suicide
- Serotonin syndrome
- Increased blood pressure
