Indication

Dosage (summary)
50 mg once daily, may increase to 100 mg; consider 25 mg for volume-depleted patients.

- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy; not recommended during breastfeeding.

- Hypersensitivity to losartan
- Severe renal impairment
- Bilateral renal artery stenosis
- Pregnancy
