Dosage (summary)
Starting dose: 75 mg twice daily; may increase to 150 mg twice daily.
Special Populations
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
- Elderly patients
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not recommended during pregnancy; unknown if excreted in breast milk.
Key Drug Interactions
- CNS depressants may enhance effects
- Antidepressants may cause respiratory failure
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to pregabalin

- Somnolence
- Weight gain
- Blurred vision
