Special Populations

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

Contraindicated in pregnancy and breastfeeding.

  • Amiodarone
  • Rifampicin
  • St. John's Wort
  • Midazolam
  • Triazolam

Contraindications

  • Hypersensitivity to atazanavir or ritonavir
  • Moderate to severe liver disease
  • Co-administration with certain antiarrhythmics and ergot derivatives
