Indication

Dosage (summary)
1.3 mg/mu00b2 twice weekly for 2 weeks, followed by a 10-day rest; adjust for toxicity.
Special Populations
- Elderly
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Not established; avoid breastfeeding during treatment.

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to bortezomib
- Acute diffuse infiltrative pulmonary disease

- Nausea

- Peripheral neuropathy
