Dosage (summary)
Adults: 5 mg once daily, may increase to 10 mg after 10-14 days.

Onset: 6-12 hours, Duration: 24 hours

Contraindicated in pregnancy and lactation.

- Cardiogenic shock

- Take once daily, with or without food
- Avoid grapefruit juice
- Report any severe side effects
Serious warnings
- Risk of heart failure in severe aortic stenosis
- Gradual dosage reduction recommended
