Indication

Dosage (summary)
5-15 mg/kg IV every 2-3 weeks depending on cancer type.
Special Populations
- Elderly
- Renal impairment
- Hepatic impairment
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Contraindicated in pregnancy; avoid breastfeeding during treatment and for 6 months after.
