    Indication

    Treatment of breast, colorectal, and gastric cancers.

    Dosage (summary)

    1,250 mg/mu00b2 twice daily for 14 days, followed by 7 days rest.

    Special Populations

    • Elderly
    • Renal impairment
    • Hepatic impairment

    Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

    Contraindicated in pregnancy; breastfeeding not recommended during treatment.

    Contraindications

    • Hypersensitivity to capecitabine
    • Severe renal impairment
    • Severe hepatic impairment
    • Dihydropyrimidine dehydrogenase deficiency

    • Nausea
    • Fatigue
    • Hand-foot syndrome

    • Take with water within 30 mins after meals.
